Location

Saint Jacob is only about one kilometer from the Old Town Dubrovnik, but however sheltered from the traffic, noise and everyday living. The promenade from the Villa towards the Old town is beautiful. The area is surrounded by nature and pine trees, with a sea view and the view of the Old Town. If you do not wish to walk, there is a bus station just near by.

Seashore is only 50 meters. There is sandy beach St. Jacob, with a café bar and rocky beach Đivovići, for the ones who desire more privacy and peace. There is a park nearby and the whole area is surrounded by trees. The city beach Banje is only a little further away, just before the entrance to the Old Town. There is a bar, night club and a restaurant on the beach as well as the possibility of various water sports.
